If an individual wishes to be excluded from the database maintained by SpeedVizion, they must contact the organization directly. The organization is responsible for removing or excluding the individual's vehicle data from the database upon request.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Some data may be retained for legal or business purposes.

Subscribers Only
Our services are available exclusively to organizations (subscribing entities). Individual vehicle owners do not have direct access to the database maintained by SpeedVizion. The organization is responsible for managing individual data access and removal requests.

You can opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing communication you receive from us.
6. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors (individuals under the age of 18). Our services are intended for use by adults only, and we do not collect or store any data from individuals under 18 years of age.
7. Audio Data
We do not collect any audio data as part of our services.
8. Data Exclusion from Healthcare and Accidents
